   Between November 1 and March 31 parking is prohibited in the Historic Downtown District between 12:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. on each side of each of the following streets and avenues:

Commercial Avenue
From 5th Street to 3rd Street
Court Avenue
South from intersection with Division Street to Washington Street
Division Street
East from intersection with Court Avenue to Grant Avenue
5th and 4th Streets
From Main Avenue to Court Avenue
