§ 10.36 DEFINITION.
   ADMINISTRATIVE OFFENSE means any violation of a provision of the city code or any violation of a condition or requirement of a city-issued permit or license, and such violations may be subject to the administrative citation process set forth herein. Each day a violation exists constitutes a separate administrative offense.
