(A) M.S. Chapter 169, the “Highway Traffic Regulation Act”, as it may be amended from time to time, is adopted by reference and is as much a part of this code as if fully set forth herein. A violation of M.S. Chapter 169, as it may be amended from time to time, as herein adopted is a violation of this code.
