§ 53.04 PROTECTION FROM DAMAGE.
   It is unlawful to maliciously, willfully or negligently break, damage, destroy, uncover, deface or tamper with any structure, appurtenance or equipment that is a part of the wastewater facilities. Any person violating this provision will be subject to immediate arrest under charge of a misdemeanor.
