§ 53.02 CONTROL BY THE UTILITIES SUPERINTENDENT.
   (A)   The Utilities Superintendent supervises public sewers and service connections in the city, and is responsible for administering the provisions of this chapter.
   (B)   The Utilities Superintendent will be directly under the authority of the City Administrator/Clerk- Treasurer. The City Administrator/Clerk-Treasurer will report to the City Council any actions taken regarding this chapter.
