§ 4.80.070 ABSENTEE BALLOTS; EXECUTING OUTSIDE CITY.
   After receiving an absentee voter's ballot, the voter may appear on any day prior to and including the day of elections before a notary public, Clerk or officer of any city, state, territory or district within the United States. Before the officer he may complete his ballot as set out in § 4.80.060.
