§ 4.50.030. BALLOTS; PRINTING AND INSPECTION.
   In all elections, the City Clerk will be responsible for the printing of ballots. The ballots will be printed and, in the possession of the City Clerk, at least five days before the election and available for inspection by the candidates or the public.
