We, the elected officials of the City of Sand Point, Alaska, mindful of the responsibilities for the welfare of our community which we hold as the council of a first-class city incorporated under the laws of the Constitution of the State of Alaska, and to provide local government of service to our people to meet their needs, do establish this ordinance of organization and procedure for the City of Sand Point.
