§ 4.20.010. ELECTION DUTIES OF CITY CLERK; IN GENERAL.
   The City Clerk or his designee will perform the duties necessary for the administration of city elections. The election duties of the City Clerk include, among other duties, obtaining from the state a list of voters registered in accordance with A.S. 15.07.010 through 15.07.200. The Clerk may publish notices urging voter registration and may cooperate with the state in encouraging city residents to register.
