§ 3.70.010. POLICE DEPARTMENT ESTABLISHED.
   There shall be a Police Department in and for the city to be known and the "Sand Point Police Department." It shall consist of a Police Chief and as many policemen as may be deemed necessary for the effective operation of the department.
