§ 3.60.020 PURPOSE.
   It is the purpose of the city to protect and preserve the lives, health, safety, and well-being of the people living in or visiting the city. The Department of Emergency Services shall be responsible for implementing the approved disaster emergency response plan, and shall be the liaison agency with the Alaska Division of Emergency Services.
