§ 3.40.010. FIRE DEPARTMENT ESTABLISHED.
   There shall be a Fire Department in and for the city to be known as the "Sand Point Volunteer Fire Department." It shall consist of the Fire Chief and Assistant Chief (or chiefs), and as many other officers and fire fighters as may be deemed necessary for the effective operation of the department.
