The owner may appeal any decisions of the board of adjustment, whether involving removal or demolition or repair or alteration, to the Superior Court, Third Judicial District at Anchorage, State of Alaska, except that any citation issued for a minor offense under this chapter and Chapter 1.10 shall be governed by the Alaska Rules of Minor Offense Procedure.
