§ 13.08.010. NUISANCES DECLARED UNLAWFUL.
   (a)   Public nuisances. Public nuisances include, but are not limited to, whatever is forbidden by any provision of this chapter.
   (b)   Violations. It is unlawful for any person to commit, create or maintain any public nuisance.
