§ 2.50.020. MEETINGS; ORDER OF BUSINESS.
   At every regular meeting of the City Council the order of business shall be as follows:
      Call to order;
      Roll call;
      Minutes of previous meeting;
      Consent agenda;
      Reports;
      Communications and appearance requests;
      Hearings, ordinances and resolutions;
      Old business;
      New business;
      Audience participation;
      Council comments;
      Adjournment.
