§ 2.40.020. REGULAR COUNCIL MEETINGS.
   (a)   All regular meetings of the Council shall be held on the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m.
   (b)   The usual place of Council meetings shall be at the City Building; provided, however, that in the event of any condition which renders the meeting place unfit to conduct any regular meeting of the Council, the meeting may be moved to the community school.
