§ 13.05.190. COMPLETION OF WORK.
   An encroachment permit for construction shall have an expiration date. The permittee shall file a written notice of completion with the Planing and Zoning Director within ten days after completion of construction. No work shall be performed after the expiration date unless an extension is approved.
