§ 12.10.060. QUARANTINE.
   Whenever notice of a dog quarantine is posted by the City Council, no person shall, during the period of such quarantine, permit any dog of which he is the owner, caretaker or custodian, to be unconfined, except under the conditions specified in such notice. Any dogs not confined during the period of a quarantine, shall be destroyed.
