(a) All persons entering or using the boat harbor facilities shall maintain the facilities in an orderly manner as directed by the Harbormaster. If any user of the boat harbor facilities fails to leave the facilities in good condition, the Harbormaster shall order return the facilities to good condition and the user shall be charged for the work.
(b) Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the boat harbor facilities where "No Smoking" signs are posted.
(c) Safety and warning signs shall be observed and adhered to at all times by all persons.
