This Title applies to all Boat Harbor Facilities owned by the City of Sand Point including but not limited to any float, grid, dock, launching ramp, approach, piling, dolphin, buoy, breakwater, dredged basin or dredged channel, navigational aid, and any uplands areas used to support these facilities or that are used in conjunction with these facilities, including but not limited to upland areas designated for storage of boats or for the storage of gear, equipment, or cargo.
