§ 10.30.060. LATE PENALTY.
   There shall be added to every bill not paid on or before the due date which is the last day of each month a late penalty equal to 10% of the current charges. The total outstanding balance, plus penalties, shall bear interest at the rate set forth in § 5.20.050.
