§ 10.20.060. SOLID WASTE COLLECTION.
   (a)   Solid wastes shall be collected pursuant to schedules established by the Mayor.
   (b)   All solid wastes shall be collected and disposed of at intervals sufficient to protect the public health and well-being.
   (c)   The city may contract for the collection of solid wastes.
