§ 10.10.200. UTILITY OPERATOR.
   The utility system shall be operated and maintained by a utility operator. The utility operator shall be nominated by the Mayor, and approved by the City Council (and shall serve at the pleasure of the Council. Remuneration for the utility operator’s services shall be set by the Council by resolution). The City Clerk shall act as the utility system treasurer.
