§ 10.10.090. APPROVAL OF APPLICATION APPEAL.

If the city is satisfied that the application and the proposed connection complies with this chapter and applicable regulations hereunder relating to the utilization of the community water and sewage system, it shall approve the application and provide for the connection, upon receipt of established fees.
