§ 9.10.030. LICENSE: DURATION; RENEWAL.
   (a)   A license is valid for the calendar year in which it is issued. No license may be issued for a period extending beyond the end of the calendar year in which it is issued.
   (b)   Application for renewal of a license and payment of the renewal fee shall be made before February 1 of each calendar year.
