For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
BUSINESS. A person engaging or offering to engage, whether for profit or not for profit, in a trade, service, profession, or an activity with the goal of receiving a financial benefit in exchange for the provision of services, rentals, goods, or other property.
PERSON. Has the meaning given in § 1.10.030.
