§ 8.80.101 AUTHORITY.
   This chapter is enacted pursuant to authority conferred by an areawide urban storm water runoff permit (NPDES Permit No. CAS618036, Order No. R8-2002-0012) issued by the State Regional Water Quality Control Board, Santa Ana Region pursuant to § 402(p) of the Clean Water Act, being 33 U.S.C. § 1342(p).
