8.79.250 Appeals of decisions
When it is alleged, there is an error in any decision or determination made by the Floodplain Administrator in the interpretation or enforcement of this chapter, such decision or determination may be appealed to the Council, Commission, and Development Review Committee (DRC) by filing a written appeal setting forth the reasons of the appeal.
