§ 9.80.010 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   DANGEROUS or DEADLY WEAPON. Any knife, dirk or dagger with a fixed blade four inches or more in length; any ice pick or similar sharp stabbing tool with a fixed blade four inches or more in length; or any straight-edge razor or any razor blade four inches or more in length fitted to a handle.

§ 9.80.015 CARRYING A WEAPON IN PLAIN VIEW PROHIBITED.
   It is unlawful for any person to carry on his or her person in plain view, including, but not limited to, carrying in sheaths openly suspended from the waist of the wearer, any deadly or dangerous weapon, as defined in § 9.80.010.
