§ 67.0104   Underground Utility District or District.
   UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT or DISTRICT. That area in the County within which poles, overhead wires, and associated overhead structures are prohibited as such area is described in a resolution adopted pursuant to the provisions of § 67.0205 of this Code.
