A copy of the 2021 Edition of the International Building Code, volumes 1 and 2, prepared and published by the International Code Council, with state amendments, also known as the 2022 California Building Code, contained in Part 2 of Title 24 of the California Code of Regulations, having been filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors of San Bernardino County, is hereby designated and adopted by reference as the Building Code for the unincorporated area of San Bernardino County, State of California, subject to those amendments and limitations as set forth in this Chapter 1.
