§ 53.0702   Availability of Fuel.
   Where any of the grades of motor fuel, whose prices have been posted pursuant to § 53.0701 are not immediately available for sale, there shall also be posted on each motor fuel pump, which is without fuel, a sign of at least one and one-half inches high with letters in contrasting color, stating: “OUT OF GAS,” or “NO FUEL AVAILABLE,” or words of similar meaning.
