§ 51.0509   Removal of Material and Debris.
   A permittee, upon the removal of any banner for which a permit under this Chapter has been issued, shall remove from the highway all material and debris resulting from the installation, maintenance or removal of any banner, within 24 hours after the removal of a banner.
