§ 51.0507   Installation.
   The Commissioner may require that the installation of any banner be under the supervision of an inspector appointed by the Commissioner, for which the permittee shall pay the Commissioner an amount equal to the compensation and cost of transportation of such inspector during the time he or she is assigned to such inspection.
