§ 51.0107   Violation.
   Every person is guilty of a misdemeanor who violates any provision of this Chapter or any permit issued pursuant to the provisions of this Chapter, or who fails or neglects to comply with any requirement of this Chapter, or who does any of the acts specified in § 51.0106 of this Chapter for which a permit is required, without first obtaining a permit from the Commissioner so to do.
   Such person is guilty of a separate offense for each and every day during any part of which any such violation or noncompliance occurs, and is punishable by a fine of not more than $500.00 or by imprisonment in the County Jail for not more than six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
