§ 46.0508 Penalties for Violations.
   Except as otherwise allowed in §§ 46.1301, 46.1302, 46.1303, and 45.1304, it shall be unlawful for any person to fail or refuse to subscribe or pay for uniform handling service implemented under this Chapter. Such a failure or refusal to subscribe or pay for required uniform handling service shall subject such person to the penalties provided in § 46.1501.
