§ 45.0204   Exemption: Public Safety Agencies.
   This Division does not apply to the transportation and use of explosives (by representatives of the California Highway Patrol, the State Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation, local police departments, Sheriff’s departments, and fire departments acting in their official capacity.
