§ 43.0101   Penalty.
   Where not otherwise provided any person violating any provision of Title 4 of this Code shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to a fine of not more than $500.00 or imprisonment in the County Jail for not more than six months, or both such fine and imprisonment.
