All license applications, when filed, shall be available for public inspection at places designated by the County within the proposed license area. Not later than 60 days after any application has been received, one or more public meetings pursuant to §§ 42.0513 and 42.0514 shall be held on the application by the License Review Board. The License Review Board shall, within 30 days following the final public meeting, or no more than 90 days following the application’s receipt, whichever occurs first, forward to the Board of Supervisors its evaluation of the application together with its findings and recommendations as to the granting or denial of a license. The Board of Supervisors shall then grant or deny the license within 30 days following its receipt of the License Review Board’s recommendations.
