§ 42.0306   Extended Duration of License in Special Hardship Cases.
   In cases of special hardship, as determined by the County Sheriff, extensions may be granted allowing the permit to remain in affect for additional time, not to exceed a total of 90 days from the proposed beginning date of the sale as described in the original permit.
