The responsible department shall provide each performer/adult cabaret dancer required to have a license pursuant to this Chapter with an identification card containing the name, address, photograph, and license number of such performer/adult cabaret dancer. Every performer/adult cabaret dancer shall have such card available for inspection at all times during which he or she is on the premises of the adult business at which he or she performs.
