§ 41.2402   Authority.
   Pursuant to Government Code §§ 14999.20, 14999.21 and 65850.1(a), the Board of Supervisors has authority to adopt an ordinance governing the issuance of permits to engage in the use of property for occasional commercial filming on location, establishing a centralized County permit processing office, and authorizing use of a permit application form.
