§ 41.2302   Authority.
   Pursuant to Government Code §§ 14999.20, 14999.21, 15335.22(d), 15338, and 65850.1(a), the Board of Supervisors has authority to adopt an ordinance governing the issuance of still photography permits to engage in occasional commercial still photography on location, establishing a centralized County permit processing office, and authorizing use of a permit application form.
