   Any person denied a license under this Chapter or any licensee whose license has been revoked may appeal in writing. Said appeal must be in writing and must be filed with the Clerk of the Board not more than 15 days following the Clerk of the Board’s deposit into the mails (first class, postage prepaid) of the notice of denial or revocation addressed to the applicant or licensee at the notice address identified by the applicant or licensee. A hearing officer shall conduct the appeal hearing pursuant to §§ 12.2700 through 12.2725, except that notwithstanding §§ 12.2700 et seq., the hearing officer’s decision shall be final and no further administrative appeal is available.
