§ 41.1804   Issuance of Taxicab Service Permit.
   Upon the furnishing of all the information required by § 41.1803 and payment of the required fee under this Chapter, the Board of Supervisors shall issue the applicant a taxicab service permit if the applicant is in compliance with this Chapter and there are no grounds for denial of the permit under the provisions of this Chapter. Any applicant denied a permit shall be given written notice of the reasons for the denial.
