§ 41.1713   Violations, Remedies, and Penalties.
   (a)   It shall be unlawful for any person or entity to violate any provision of this Chapter. Enforcement, violations, remedies, and penalties shall be governed by Chapter 2 (§§ 11.0201 et seq.) of Division 1 of Title 1 of the County Code, and other applicable law.
   (b)   Pursuant to Penal Code § 326.5(b) and (c), it is a misdemeanor for any person to receive or pay a profit, wage, or salary from any bingo game authorized by Section 19 of Article IV of the California Constitution and this Chapter. A violation of Penal Code § 326.5(b) shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $10,000.00, which fine shall be deposited in the general fund of the County. A violation of any provision of Penal Code § 326.5, other than subdivision (b), shall be a misdemeanor. The County may bring an action to enjoin a violation of Penal Code § 326.5.
