§ 41.1602   Live Answering Service.
   All automatic telephonic dialing systems, insofar as such systems are used to transmit messages to San Bernardino County Government installations, under the authority of the Board of Supervisors, shall dial to, and the message shall be received by, a live answering service, such as a private alarm dispatch center, or a telephone answering service, or a 24-hour answering facility.
