(a) Licensee and any person designated by licensee to peddle or solicit under his or her license shall carry the license, or a copy thereof, at all times while the business is being conducted under the license and shall display the license to any person upon request.
(b) Licensee and any person designated by licensee to peddle or solicit under his or her license shall carry a form of photo identification issued by a federal, state or local governmental agency at all times while the business is being conducted under the license in order for representatives of the County to verify the existence of a business license.
