§ 41.0306   Fee Regulations; Expiration Date of Permits.
   The fees herein provided for and which must accompany the application shall be and constitute the annual fee for the permit applied for and shall not be pro-rated or refunded except in the single instance where an application for a permit is not granted. All permits issued under and by virtue of the provisions of this Chapter shall expire on December 30 of each year.
