Any decision of the authorized representative or the administrative hearing officer may be appealed to the Board of Supervisors by giving notice, in the manner provided by § 35.0108, to the authorized representative within ten days of receipt of said decision.
The Board of Supervisors may, at its discretion, appoint a county hearing officer pursuant to Chapter 27 of Division 2 of Title 1 of the San Bernardino County Code (commencing with § 12.2700) to conduct the hearing.
